Wow, I was really blown away with the amazing service I received today! I walked in just wondering if they’d be able to help me with a watch battery that I just got replaced a week ago at Kay Jewelers. The watch wasn’t keeping the correct time. They didn’t hesitate to take it behind the counter and take a look at it for me. They replaced the battery free of charge! Jim and David were very kind, patient, and helpful with my issue. They took their time to assist me. They did say that if the battery still doesn’t work that there may be an issue with the watch itself. But it works great now! While I was waiting for the watch to be finished, Dianne asked if I needed anything. I showed her my tarnished silver bangles she offered to clean them for me She brought them back sparkling and gave me great advice on how to clean and store the bangles. Very lovely lady! Excellent customer service! This family owned jewelry store went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much!

Enjoying the Savannah Historical District and came upon this shop. Entered to browse, and I was treated kindly. I found a pair of earrings I could not leave without, and the sale was handled efficiently and with friendliness. I would shop there again.

I frequent Levy - they are my go to for jewelry cleaning and more! Today, I walked in and was met with a friendly face, Brad. What a gentleman! He guided me through the store to where I needed to be AND stepped in to take care of my needs as the other employee was out at lunch. This felt like more than just a transaction - it was a wonderful connection! Thank you Brad and the entire Levy team for always being so excellent!

This was one of my many trips to Savannah from Charlotte. I decided to drop into Levy Jewelry on a whim. So glad I did. Ms Jackie Bonney was amazing. My birthday is on Mother’s Day this year. I also retired. If you’ve ever watched ‘The Office’ I decided to TREAT MYSELF….. IYKYK 😊. Ms Jackie helped me choose a couple of amazing bracelets. She was professional, knowledgeable and so pleasant. I had a wonderful shopping experience. THANK YOU!!!!! Oh and the jewelry selection at Levy’s was fantastic. I will be back.

Where do I begin? The welcoming from staff was warm and friendly, the knowledge from our salesmen Jim did an outstanding job of not being a pushy salesperson, he let us speak freely about our desires in a ring while explaining our wants in an Anniversary band. Then out from under the glass case came the most stunning and elegant band. Thank you Levy Jewelers for making my 20th wedding anniversary a memorable celebration. I couldn’t had asked for a better gift and experience from your store.
